H.O.S.T. working on women’s shelter

At a meeting hosted by Rep. Jeff Denham (R-Turlock), Cambridge Academies founder Geni Boyer announced last week that the group is now focusing on building a women’s shelter, which will be called Naomi’s House.

With the success of the first cohort in Patterson and a second class underway, the group is now in a position to bring together the resources needed to make the desperately-needed women’s shelter a reality, Boyer said.
